DIY Tutorial ]How to produce LED bulb
I bought a few LED bulb kit on Taobao some time ago and intended to try to make some LED lights , following is how to produce the LED bulbs. LED tube lighting and LED ceiling lighting and other home lighting products elements include: LED ceiling lights, LED kitchen lamps ,LED tube T5 and T8 led , LED bulb, LED table lamps, LED floor lamps , nightlights , lawn , garden lights, lights, lanterns ( decorative lighting ) , etc.

(I bought relatively cheap Lamp beads , there are warm yellow and white, each one is 0.65 yuan the power is 1W)

Drive power ( input voltage is 85V ~ 265V)
I bought two 3 * 1W, the same price will be 2.2 yuan , the up is of 250mm current, following is 300mm.
Heat shrinkable tube the diameter is 20mm ( 1.2 yuan 1 meter ) for sealing drive power module of the LED lamp
The heat shrink tube is used to seal the drive circuit (is to play role in insulating the heat sink )

Family portrait, and one is being used.
Maximum power is 5W, the rest are 3W, the price of housing parts is 3 yuan , 5W is 4.4 yuan .
I bought all matte cover , as well as transparent and milky white ( the prices are similar , the transparent cover is cheapest )
The lighting effect of 3W LED bulb , I felt the brightness is almost similar to that of the 7W energy saving lamp I had used

Finally a simple calculation costs take the 3W LED bulb whose cost is the least as an example:
3WLED bulb price = shell parts ( 2.9 yuan ) + LED ( 3 * 0.65 yuan ) +3 * 1W drive power ( 2.2 yuan ) = 7.05 yuan ;
Not counting the price of shrink tube ( 1.2 yuan one meter , in fact, also about 3cm ) ;
Shell parts : what I bought is OK, which was possible for export , the heat sink is relatively smooth without burr ;
Lamp beads : It is recommended to buy good quality , in fact, the prices of the lamp beads vary greatly ( the price of a 1W LED lamp beads is between 1 dollars to 3 dollars , the price of the lamp beads that is of high lumen is certainly high ;
Drive power : Power is the core of the entire lamp, recommended to choose good quality, the output power increases as the price rises ;
Other accessories: heat shrink tube ( cooling is not very good ) ; recommend using insulating tape , heat tape ; thermal silica ( coated between the aluminum and heat sink , which can improve the cooling effect of aluminum ) ;
